After the class all attendees will be sent a link to download a color pdf handout with the slides from the presentation. It's a great reference for everything discussed in the class.

This class gives you an overview of the many of the features of your digital camera. Topics and camera functions that will be covered include white balance, ISO, memory cards, focusing, shutter and aperture controls, metering, exposure, image quality, histograms and many more insights into your system. We'll also cover the basics of lenses and flash. You'll leave the class with a better appreciation of what you can do with your digital camera. This class is a good stepping stone to more advanced classes.

After a presentation we'll go outside to practice using the various settings on our cameras in the gardens.
